Ken Hebenik, Shop Foreman, Journeyman Technician
There’s a man behind the scenes making sure everything runs seamlessly in our shop and that’s Ken Hebenik. He has worked at Hanlon for almost 21 years- he has been the shop foreman for a year, and previous to that, he drove truck. Although he really enjoyed transporting equipment, his expertise and attention to detail has led him to his position today.
Ken says one of the best things about his day is having the opportunity to talk with customers. When it comes to all of the service technicians he is responsible for, Ken has few complaints. “It’s a pretty good group where everyone gets along really well- everyone helps everyone,” he said.
Over the years, Ken says it has been really exciting to see the evolution of Fendt tractors and how they have really taken off. When it comes to Hanlon as a whole, there’s a reason Ken has stuck around. “It’s a family atmosphere here,” he said. “You’re not just another employee.”
Ken has been married for 15 years to his wife Allison and they have two 9-year-old twins; Logan and Ava. In their free time they enjoy going camping and curling.

It’s always a pleasure to see the younger generation excited about farming. Nick here smiled for the camera next to his Massey tractor (which he maneuvers around like a champ on) when Brendon brought him a shirt from his travels to France for a farm show.
