Need RTK? We’ve got it.
We have partnered with DigiFarm to provide a highly accurate, reliable and repeatable RTK network.
Our network provides valuable boundary and surveying data for agriculture, construction and water management industries. The virtual base station network (VBN) works anywhere
within the coverage area.
We work tirelessly with DigiFarm to maintain the network ensuring maximum uptime for you. With over 27 years in the industry, they have perfected their systems with all colours of equipment, modems and rovers.
“Our goal is to offer the highest accuracy solution available on the market.” -Dave Dusanek, Founder and President, DigiFarm.
DigiFarm supports both horizontal and vertical markets using high quality, dependable and industry-leading equipment. The network is supported by four constellation receivers that track GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and Compass (BeiDou).
At Hanlon, we are able to provide the set-up, service and support remotely to our customers to reduce downtime should problems arise. There are no additional charges such as cellular data fees, as these are included in your subscription with us. All you need to worry about is one yearly fee. See pricing below.
We are offering new subscriber first year discounts. New subscriptions with mixed fleet equipment may be eligible to receive a $1,000 discount on their first year RTK subscription. See below for additional pricing information. If you’re interested, or would like additional information, please contact Mike Parker at 403-329-8686.

• We work together with DigiFarm to service the network. We pride ourself on our service at Hanlon Ag Centre. When you have questions about your equipment we are just a phone call away when you need answers.
• No cellular data fees. We charge a yearly subscription fee which covers all of your costs. We supply your SIM card and data plan through our preferred carrier. This way you have only one bill every year and you don’t have any unexpected charges and fees at the end of every month.
• No line of sight necessary. No need to move stations around your fields or enter codes to pick up a signal.
• No signal interruption. Since cellular RTK uses data to send information, there is no concern of radio signal interference.
• No waiting. No downtime due to convergence, our network is ready to go in 90 seconds or less.
• 100% Repeatable. Store your lines and repeat them for days, months or years to come.
• Works on all colours. Installs can be done on almost any type of equipment and GPS receiver on the market today.
• Clean installs. Minimal wiring is required.
• Peace of mind. Multiple layers of redundancy in power, internet feed and personnel to ensure network operation in critical seasons.
The RTK Advantage
- Controlled traffic farming
- Reduce tracks
- Lessen compaction
- Produce more consistent crops
- Reduce over/under application
- Reduce operator fatigue
- Increase yields
Dryland Applications
The advantages of RTK for row-crops and irrigated land are well-known, but sub-inch accuracy can be very beneficial for dryland as well.
Spraying
- Keep compaction from heavy machines isolated
- Stay in your tracks every single pass, eliminating destruction of healthy plant material
- Reduce herbicide overlap, preventing crop injury the following year
- Less green strips in your tracks at harvest time
Inter-row seeding
- This is increasing in popularity and has been shown to be quite effective for certain crops- RTK gives producers the ability to adopt this management method
CTF (Controlled Traffic Farming)
- RTK gives you the ability to adopt this practise to your operation to reduce compaction efforts on your crops
High Degree of Accuracy
- Reduce product waste when seeding and spraying.
Coverage Area
We are continuously looking to expand our coverage. Call us if you are in a low service area and we can discuss your needs.

Accessories
Elevate modems are mounted on the roof of the machine and free-up space in the cab. They are compatible with any brand of equipment and all brands of GNSS receivers including John Deere Starfire integrated units.
No special programming is necessary, the modem is ordered with the corresponding cable for the receiver and is ready to go. The modem is also interchangeable between machines with the appropriate cable.
For more information on these modems click here.
To begin, you set the heading and distance between your required stops. When activated, SmartSTOPnGO will set off your designated signal (horn honk, stop the tractor, etc.) to notify you have reached the set distance. It connects through your choice of ISOBUS socket or the cab via CPC connector.
• Display tracks number of stops and distance to the next one.
• If stopping the tractor at each distance display or external signal (optional) can be used to resume forward motion.
• Easy install; no unlock necessary. Works with RTK.
• Compact and waterproof module with harness connects to desired implement.
