Economy Kit Features
Flake Counter
Operator’s can significantly reduce the time spent baling with the addition of the flake counter. The star wheel measures the flakes and relays information immediately to the operator allowing them to adjust their speed as necessary. Did you know an operator can lose up to 71 bales per hour simply by adding an average of two flakes per bale? See below.
Ag-CoPilot™Monitor
Be confident and in the know! Real-time bale information is now accessible at your fingertips with the Ag-CoPilot™Monitor. It is weather proof and features day and night display modes. It allows for the following adjustable settings to be made inside the cab:
- Electric knotter fan control with the ability to adjust the reversing interval to reduce chaff buildup on-demand form the cab
- Electric knotter oil lube control over interval and duration settings (available on premium kit).
- Customization ability based on operators, time of day, type of crop, machine and navigation
Additional Lighting Features
An added bonus available on the kit is the North American lighting package. This can be turned on by a switch illuminating for field, road or underneath the baler. This is helpful when needing to diagnose knotter issues in low-light situations.
Moisture Sensing Capabilities
With the addition of the SimplEbale kit, small square balers are also made compatible for aftermarket moisture sensing systems. Harvest Tec’s H2O precision moisture sensor is an after-market kit that can work in conjunction with this. All data is transmitted to the monitor.
Premium Kit Features
Hydraulic Density Control
If longer bale storage times and improved nutrition is a priority for you, hydraulic density control offers an additional layer of precision and is available on the premium kit. This can be controlled from the cab using the Ag-CoPilot™ monitor or at the back of the baler. The pressure can be adjusted to auto calibrate based on varying crop conditions and can be set up to 1600 psi.
Electric Knotter Lube System
Spend less time worrying about maintenance with the electric knotter lube system available on the premium kit. The system uses pumps like those found on big square balers. Simply adjust the settings with the push of a button. Duration and interval for the lube cycles can be set inside the cab on the monitor. The reservoir is easy to fill and in a convenient, readily accessible location.
Additional Options
Bale Chute Scale
If absolute precision is what you crave, the optional bale chute scale can provide another layer of data. Live bale weight information on each individual bale as well as a moving average of the previous five bales isavailable via the Ag-CoPilot™Monitor. It reflects table issues, loadcell status and if an unidentified object is impacting the scale. The chainless design is available in both ¼ turn and standard drop configurations.
