Available for most makes of small square, big square and round balers!
There are big advantages that result from knowing exact moisture readings when baling. Preventing crop loss, ensuring safe storage and maintaining nutrients are key factors that rely on tracking moisture levels. With the H2O Precision Moisture Sensor, significantly accurate moisture readings can be read on any brand of baler. The sensor functions in wet silage bales or dry hay, and can be equipped to any small square, large square or round baler. Readings are displayed via a free downloadable app for iOS or Android devices.
There are different kits available for the three types of balers.
Round Baler Kit
Has two discs that are positioned on each side of the bale chamber. Moisture readings are taken from side to side across the entire width of the bale. The round baler kit reads moisture up to 60%, which is more than any other moisture sensor available on the market for round balers. This can be equipped on any round baler, regardless of make or model.

Small and Large Square Baler Kit
This kit is made up of two star wheel moisture sensors which are mounted on the bale chamber. Moisture readings are taken from side to side across the entire width of the bale. This is the same technology which is used on current automatic applicators, and it’s accuracy is unmatched amongst stand-alone kits for dense and square bales. Part is universal and can be mounted on any large or small square baler.
Large Square Balers:

Optional Dye Marker Kit
Available for both small and large square balers, the marker kit will put a food grade stipe on any bale that reads higher than a set moisture level. As the bale exits the chamber it is clearly marked so the operator can identify high moisture bales easily. The dye mixes with water and can be applied on 60 bales.
Kit includes tank, pump, and end of bale sensor kit, as well as a harness and mounts for the baler.
To activate the spray option, the operator selects the function in the H2O App then sets their desired moisture level.
