Supreme’s highly customizable feed processors provide options that are able to meet the individual needs of every operation.
Whether it’s extending the life of your mixer, producing better quality feed, or improving efficiency, Supreme’s extensive variety of options will deliver the results you desire.
For all types of feed is Supreme’s patented standard cutting auger. It comes with serrated knives, backing plates and fasteners.
For operations using flaked corn feed, Supreme’s vertical corn auger has wider flighting and a steeper pitch. Its special design allows it to be gentle and avoids fines without losing mix accuracy or processing speed. The auger has piercings to add knives if desired.
Hard facing can be added as a package to the augers, doors and baffles, or only the augers if needed. Chromium Niobium is a higher end alloy used to protect the components and stands up to severe abrasive wear.
Stainless Steel Liners are a higher grade option available for the ultimate wear defense.
Extended backing plates are sometimes used to improve feed processor performance. If adding backing plates, horsepower requirements will increase. These cannot be placed on the top knife position.
Twin and triple auger models can be equipped with sweep arms to more easily move feed to discharge location.
CONVEYOR OPTIONS
Flat: Fast and accurate
Dogleg: Higher discharge height; great for bunk feeding
Extended Dogleg: Get an additional 17” of reach from the standard dogleg
Hydraulic Folding: For confined areas; it reduces machine width using hydraulically folding the conveyor to an upright position when not discharging.
Dual Discharge: For feeding on either side of the unit (requires swing gate for 8’ conveyor)
Swing Gate: Mandatory for 8’ swing conveyor. Stops feed from spilling off the conveyor without an end shield
Hydraulic Extender: Operator can extend and contract conveyor from inside the cab. Stopping is not necessary.
Side Door Conveyor: For single auger units; 21” Fixed & 36, 44, 72 ad 96 inch hydraulic fold up conveyors are available for heightened discharge.
Blot on magnet kit: Catch ferrous material before it passes through to the feed.
CHUTES
Fixed Drop Chute: Bolted to the conveyor and delivers increased accuracy of feed placement.
Hydraulic Folding Drop Chute: Delivers increased accuracy for placing feed; can hydraulically fold up in order to provide better clearance.
Magnetic Drop Chute: Removes ferrous material from the feed as it passes through the chute.

TUB
10” Industrial Belting Extension: Fixed to the top of the mixer, it provides additional height to control spillage.
Commodity Door: Door has a fixed chute to deliver quick unloading for batch commodities.
Side Doors: Available on various models from single to triple augers.
Floor and Wall Liners: Stainless Steel liners welded to the interior of the wall and/or floor provide additional protection from abrasion.
Supreme offers additional options specific to both pull-type and truck mount processors.
OPTIONS FOR PULL TYPE PROCESSORS
Constant Velocity PTO: Guard system that fully covers up to 80 degree angles.
Two Speed Gearbox: Requires 20% less horsepower to run. If materials are more difficult to process it will deliver additional power if needed. Features standard hydraulic shift with a manual override.
Autoshift Two-Speed Transmission: Automatic downshift reduces the load on the tractor. Automatic upshift to maximize mixing efficiency.

OPTIONS FOR TRUCK MOUNT PROCESSORS
FEPTO Drive- (Front Engine PTO drive) For hydrostatic or hybrid truck mounts reduced operating costs and easy access to drive system for maintenance
REPTO Drive- (Rear Engine PTO drive) Available for some hydrostatic truck mount models. Decreases length of truck, protects hydraulic system behind cab of truck.
Super Sweep 2 Speed Drive- Hydrostatic truck mount option delivers high RPM to clean out the remaining 1500 lbs of ration.
A variety of scale options exist for both. Hydraulics can be modified to two function manual, and 2, 3 and 4 function electric.
