Brandt’s oilseed grain belt is the first in the industry designed specifically for the purpose of oilseed. The proprietary belt is manufactured to resist oil which gives you the ability to load with only one belt- regardless of the crop. The oilseed conveyor gently moves your crop so damage is prevented. Also unique to this conveyor is the Oilseed Certified™ belt’s self-cleaning system which removes product build-up and reduces on maintenance.

Key Features:
V-Pattern Tread: Keeps seed in centre of the belt preventing seeds from catching is seals or falling over sides.
Raised Rim Along Edge of Belt: Provides a smooth surface and prevents canola from leaking over the side.
Flat Profile on Lip: Enhances the effectiveness of the seal.
Additional Seals and Flashing on Flange Point: Deters leaking at transition point.
Grain Deflector Shield Above S-Roller: Improves flow to ensure grain continuously flows upwards.
Polyurethane Belt Wipers: Create a highly durable belt cleaning system.
Clean Out Ports: Prevent buildup and allow excess debris to fall to ground.
Roller Guarding: Added onto key rollers on the intake and S-Drive to ensure the rollers stay free of debris and build up.
Removable Tray: Located at the bottom of S-drive was included to provide easy clean-out of debris to prevent excess buildup.
