Zoning in on Precision

Terragator floaters, spreaders, applications systems sold and serviced at Hanlon Ag Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Terragator C Series

Performance, technology and operational ease are what make the Terragator C series a sought after tool for precision application. These high-horsepower machines deliver your product in the right spot at the right time, ensuring you get the job done fast without losing precision or wasting valuable product.

An updated AGCO Power 8.4L engine (9.8L in the TG8300C) and drive system power this machine. Horsepower ranges from 332 to 425. The new design reduces vibrations and in turn extends service life. All models are equipped with a CVT transmission to conserve fuel and optimize RPM in relation to driving and terrain. Peak torque to the ground is delivered at engine speeds as low as 1,500 RPM. The is able to manage each wheel on its own allowing the operator to maneuver tight turns easily. These combined features provide more speed, capacity and accuracy to improve your bottom line.

Technology has also been improved on the C series applicators. They are equipped with a 10.4″ terminal, Auto-Guide wayline and steering accuracy, AgControl rate and section control and AccuField Command headland management. It is also fully compatible with Raven Viper 4 to manage rate and section control and boom height.

Operators will experience increased comfort and reduced fatigue in the new Air-ride cab with improved visibility and the need for fewer manual operations. Within the cab, product level sensors give digital readouts. Rearview and roading cameras make it easy to oversee operations.

Wind, uneven terrain and other inconsistencies don’t get in the way of application- with AGCO’s pneumatic boom technology operators can be assured product is ending up in the right place. The AirMax precision pneumatic dry systems feature 70 foot booms which provide triple overlap coverage giving uniform application of up to 1200 lbs per acre. Independent suspension maintains boom height and ensures spread patterns are precise.

The AirMax system is also available with an optional 40 ft. granular bin if precision application of additional nutrients is necessary.
