Weidemann’s T7042 Telehandler sets the bar high for power, stability and versatility.
If you need a machine that is compact, yet sturdy and powerful enough to deliver heavy materials to high heights, the Weidemann T7042 telehandler is likely the right tool for you. It offers up a lift capacity of just over 9,000 pounds with up to 23 feet of reach with its telescoping loader. Manoeuvrability is a breeze as well, with a 5.4 foot inner turning radius and three steering modes- all wheel, front axle or crab. When it’s time to change tasks, a wide variety of attachments are available and the hydraulic quick change system makes transitioning easy.
Getting around in the T7042 is quick as it reaches up to 24.85 mph with the top 136 horsepower.
Drive 255 hydrostatic transmission allows the driver to reach top speeds without shifting gears and different drive modes allow for performance and efficiency options. The 4-wheel drive transmission allows for brake inching as well.
The operator environment is key to focusing on the task at hand and the T7042 makes it easy to do so. A large 360º “best view cabin” delivers all-around visibility. The sloped engine hood gives clear views from the side and to the rear of the machine.
LED lights come standard for work in low-light conditions. An ergonomic joystick, colour coded operating concept and adjustable steering column reduce operator fatigue. An air-suspended seat along with front and rear view cameras are available for optimal working comfort and ease.
The T7042 is a powerhouse that is stable and solid. It delivers an optimal balance of pushing power and machine capacity. The 100% differential lock delivers maximum traction and thrust when needed.
Servicing is made easy by lifting up a single handle on the side to access all of the engine components for routine maintenance. Service and lubrication points are also easily accessed and located. The reversing fan feature removes dirt from intake surfaces by the push of a button from inside the cab.
The VLS (Vertical Lift System) improves stability when raising and lowering loads by using the telescopic loader to achieve near vertical up and down movements. This improves safety and saves the operator time. Bucket, stacking and manual are the three modes available with the VLS.
