Partnering for Precision

We have big news on the precision ag front to announce to you this month. In January we completed a deal to partner with Vantage Canada to become an authorized Trimble reseller. For you, our customer, this means we are able to offer products, parts and support for the full line of Trimble precision ag products going forward. For those of you that don’t know, Trimble has been in business since 1978 and has built up a diverse portfolio of precision solutions around the globe.

Our focus with these products will be strictly in agricultural based solutions. Trimble offers a full line of consoles from the large screen TMX-2050 to the basic GFX-350. These can be paired with many different steering controllers, matching with OEM integrated systems right down to the basic and time proven wheel driving EZ-Steer. Antenna options include systems that receive WAAS signal right up to full service RTK units.

Trimble also has a full suite of input control technology which includes sectional control, variable rate control for planters, as well as, boom height control and liquid control for sprayers. Included in this partnership we can offer you various solutions for mapping, software and data management. These solutions are available with the concierge service plan which comes with the full support team from Vantage to guide you through set-up and operation. A team of full time staff are available to help you with everything from setup to data analysis. Services can be purchased a la carte to match your operational and technology needs.

With regard to data- yield mapping and on combine protein analyzer systems are currently available to enhance your management needs.

Last, but not least, our product scope will include water management and drainage solutions. This can be basic systems for scrapers right up to full systems for control of tile plows to install drain tile. There is also a full suite of software and data collection tools to record the correct information, analyze it and then control the implement accordingly.
