Making the Most of Your Yield Starts With a Quality Cut

Geringhoff’s draper headers offer a flexible option for a variety of crop types.

When you have the best combine, you need the best header to go along with it. AGCO has met this demand with their partnership with Geringhoff- a premium manufacturer of draper headers.

The IDEAL can be equipped with a variety of header styles ranging from the Flex, TruFlex or TruFlex Razor detailed here.

These headers feature a light-weight, sturdy design allowing it to deliver a razor-close cut.

The gauge wheels are able to traverse different types of terrains easily while maintaining good contact to the ground.

A dynamic cutting system delivers on efficiency. It has short drivelines for less weight and sensors placed across the entire width of the header give it the ability to cut at almost ground level.

Consistent crop flow is achieved by using belts instead of augers. Belt speeds are adjustable and an appropriate belt width allows it to function in bushy crops similar to Canola. Because it provides optimal crop intake, efficiency and working hours are maximized.

An Integrated Air System (IAS) option is available and provides a more gentle option for highly sensitive crops. Controlled air flow softly blows grains towards the belt to minimize crop loss even further. The airlines are all located inside the head to prevent damage to the pods.
