Fella TS8055 PRO Dual Rotary Rake
When it’s time for hay harvest there is enough to worry about- getting your rake ready for the field shouldn’t be a difficult process. It is for this reason Fella has designed a rake which is not only easy to use, but also requires very minimal maintenance and incurs low wear during the season.
Low-maintenance is made possible with the Fella’s enclosed rake head design. The bearing tubes consist of a single piece of high-quality aluminum; ensuring high stability with a reduced amount of weight. The steel rollers are permanently lubricated and have maintenance-free ball rolling bearings which are enclosed on both sides guaranteeing a long service life.
Each of Fella’s tine arms are made of only one durable piece, which if damaged, is designed to eliminate secondary tine damage. Since the tines are screwed in individually, they can also be replaced easily.
The powertrain on these rakes features overload protection devices along with freewheeling clutches; reducing wear and further damage when there is an emergency.
Fella has also designed their rakes to be user-friendly to reduce the operator learning curve. The ability to adapt to changing forage conditions is simplified with a durable cam track which allows the tines to be adjusted quickly and easily without the use of tools. Operators can also adjust the working width without tools on four different areas of the machine. The linear height adjustment provides easy adaptation to changing soil conditions. When maneuvering on sloped terrain, the wide track chassis, low centre of gravity and extra-large tires, provide excellent stability.
This rake is designed to perform in the most difficult raking conditions. Whether on hilly terrain or dealing with heavy straw, the Fella TS8055 PRO maneuvers with minimal difficulty– all while ensuring your forage is free of contamination and your rake remains undamaged.
