Gaining Experience Outside of the Classroom
Anyone who is at Hanlon’s on the weekends, knows that Shane’s two boys are a permanent fixture around here. In fact, every weekend they devote their time to cleaning up around the yard and doing other odd jobs that need to be done- and they do it with enthusiasm! They study the brochures in and out and always like to learn about the new equipment. So, it’s no surprise, when this new 700 Gen 6 arrived on Friday, the kids were both eager to check out all of its new features. Kendyn, Shane’s oldest son, spent his weekend in the tractor learning all about the new terminal. Yesterday, he was granted the day off school to conduct a bit of a training session with the AGCO guys while they were here. Sometimes, it’s just better to gain some real-life experience outside of the classroom. Way to go Kendyn!
