Hayboss 700 Series Automatic Applicator
Harvest Tec’s preservative applicators deliver outstanding side-to-side moisture reading technology. Dual star wheel sensors detect moisture across the entire width of the bale. The sensors are able to read crop moisture ranging from 5% up to 70%.
The new 700 Series Applicator has undergone some significant upgrades from the 600 Series applicator. The new upgrades improve both functionality and efficiency.
Key New Design Features
- Single bypass pump design with pulsating solenoid valves effectively holds preservative and presents plugging
- Deutsch plugs reduce the possibility of moisture interference, deter drawbar corrosion and prevent power loss to applicator
- Internal style wheel encoder inside the star wheel block prevents twine from tangling and interfering with application
- New flow metre design and larger tip design is more reliable and able to manage a wide variety of preservatives
- Less components on the applicator reduce maintenance needs
- Software upgrades allow for applicator settings to be managed and updated while in operation
- Re-record over previous job records and to jump from one field to another without losing data
