The new Supreme XD Series feed mixer is built for heavy-duty feed processing.
Supreme is known for providing top of the line, high quality feed processors that easily outperform the competition. Their vertical auger design, special tub configurations and heavy-duty planetary drives consistently deliver a high quality, evenly cut mix of feed. It’s no surprise Supreme has taken it one step further with the addition of the new XD Series to their product line. The idea behind the new product is to create a mixer that could provide commercial producers with an option able to meet heavy-duty cycle demands.
There are five new features that make this series unique to their standard processors.
It starts with the new robust auger flighting, which has increased from their standard ⅝ inch to a ¾ inch AR200 steel.
The new series has magnets mounted on the augers. This proves highly effective in trapping metals before they even make it to the drop chute.
A 5mm 3CR12 “Chromium” floor and liner are part of the XD Series’ tub upgrades. This delivers additional corrosion resistance and more impact resistance than the steel found on the standard tubs.
Heavy-duty OSM87X knives come standard on this unit and provide a long-lasting, highly resistant wear option.
To complete the look of the premium mixer you will find “XD Series” decals and styling throughout. This is evident with the polished chrome decal that reflects quality in every direction. The sleek red and black design give the entire unit a solid upgraded look and feel.
The XD series is available on all 900T and larger Supreme processors.
