Lemken Shallow Tillage Implement

The Ultimate For Shallow Tillage
The shallow depth ability of the new Koralin 9 reduces moisture loss during seedbed preparation.
A unique combination of a disc harrow and cultivator, Lemken’s new Koralin 9 is both a horizontal and vertical cutting tool. This multi- direction application provides shallow cultivation while minimizing blockages and offering up a low traction requirement. With working depths at under one inch deep, it helps to preserve moisture in the soil during seedbed preparation. The discs are set up to pre-cut in front of the delta-cut shovels and in between the tines. This alignment helps to prevent blockages while reducing tracks and wear.
The Koralin is a useful tool for stubble cultivation on a second pass because it produces a uniform seedbed. It distributes shallow-cut organic matter evenly across the entire working width. The roller crumbles and follows the harrow to ensure finer weeds are brought to the surface to dry, providing optimal weed control and the ideal environment for your planter.
The alignment of the Koralin produces no side forces to ensure once the GPS is set, the entire 21 foot working width is covered. The coil spring overload protection ensures the implement retains a consistent direction and depth regardless of the soil conditions. This is the first cultivator that is not depth guided over the roller. Instead, it is depth guided by wheel positions so it adapts to changing conditions like slopey hills.
