Cody Erman- NA Technician of the Year!

Today AGCO has officially announced Cody Erman as the 2022 North America Technician of the Year. Earlier this month he competed in an intensive three-day competition evaluating him on his overall skill and mechanical ability as a technician. He, along with five other finalists from the U.S and Canada, were put to the test over three days where they were immersed in six “real-life” scenarios.

These situations required them to diagnose and repair problems on a wheeled Fendt tractor. Not only were they evaluated on their ability to perform the repairs, but also how they managed the customer service aspect of the situation as well. The scenarios challenged their ability to problem solve and also tested their product knowledge.

This was AGCO’s first Technician of the Year competition, and their idea behind it is to recognize the hard work put in by all of the AGCO service technicians in the dealerships. These technicians provide crucial support to farmers by ensuring their equipment is operating properly and keeping them in the field when it matters most.
At Hanlon we have an outstanding team of techs that keep our customers up and running throughout the year. Cody did an excellent job representing our dealership and we are exceptionally proud to see him honoured with this title.
