Geringhoff TruFlex
The Geringhoff TruFlex is available in 35 foot and 40 foot working widths. It is a three-section reel with a flexible frame and rigid cutterbar. It is functional on wheat, soybeans and specialty crops.
These headers are universal and can be equipped on almost all major brands of combines.
Geringhoff headers manage a diversity of crops including cereals, canola, soybean, peas, lentils and many others. They are especially gentle and precise when dealing with sensitive crops.

Frame and Bodywork
These headers feature a light-weight, sturdy design allowing it to deliver a razor-close cut. The gauge wheels are able to traverse different types of terrains easily while maintaining good contact to the ground.
Filp-Over Reel and Cutting System
A light-weight, flip-over reel, provides an unobstructed view of the cutterbar. These headers have a dynamic cutting system that delivers on efficiency. It has short drivelines for less weight and sensors placed across the entire width of the header give it the ability to cut at almost ground level. All Geringhoff cutterbars feature industry-leading Schumacher knives.
Crop Flow and Feed
A large centre fed auger, and optional 13.8″ cross auger is available to ensure optimal crop flow in heavy crop conditions. Belt speeds are adjustable and an appropriate belt width allows it to function in bushy crops similar to Canola. These headers are available with the widest centre belt available on the market, making it ideal for minimizing crop loss in all directions. Because it provides optimal crop intake, efficiency and working hours are maximized.
100% Fully Integrated Air System (IAS)
This comes standard (with an optional deduct) and provides a more gentle option for highly sensitive crops. Controlled air flow softly blows grains towards the belt to minimize crop loss even further. Up to 40% less crop loss is achieved with the IAS by preventing crop shattering. The airlines are all located inside the head to prevent damage to the pods.
